An Enormous Help…
Peter Yeh has been an enormous help in finding an apartment during this current market for San Francisco. The 2 hour walking tour is definitely one of it’s kind and Peter pulls it off perfectly. Most times you wait around to just see a single unit whereas Peter takes you through about 10-15 in about two hours. All within close distance of each other. Just moving from outside the state, finding a place to call home is definitely a time crunching matter and Peter made the transition a whole lot smoother for us.

I dealt with Peter Yeh, he was a very helpful agent who knew the SF renters market very well, and was the agent who was responsible for finding me an ideal apartment and getting me in the door within 2 days (even though I’m a Canadian with no credit, he managed to help me secure a killer apartment). A Fun Apartment Tour…
I went on an apartment tour with Peter Yeh today and it was pretty amazing. Not only was it actually fun (I know, seems impossible) but it was informative too. Great idea to do a 2 hour tour to not only get an idea of the area but to look at tons of apartments at once. I just started apartment hunting today and I already feel like I’m ahead of the game. I came in prepared with a filled out rental application, a copy of my drivers license, copies of my pay stubs and a check ready to give to Peter so they can run my credit. I applied to 4 apartments and should hear back soon!
