Originally from the San Gabriel Valley in Los Angeles County, Peter relocated to San Francisco in 2001, where he began managing multiple residential properties and developed a passion for helping people find the right place to call home. His professional career in leasing and relocation started with J. Wavro Associates, where he earned more than 50 five-star Yelp reviews, reflecting his commitment to customer satisfaction and professional excellence.

Throughout his career, Peter has worked with some of the most respected names in the industry, including Coldwell Banker, Prudential Realty, KK & C Realty, HomeSmart ICare Realty, HomeSmart Bay Area, Redfin, and now Epique Realty. His extensive experience spans residential leasing, home sales, relocation services, investment properties, and property management. In addition to real estate, Peter is a Licensed Independent Insurance Broker with experience working alongside leading insurance providers, including AAA Insurance, Allstate Insurance, State Farm Insurance, and Farmers Insurance. As the founder of 88 Financial Management, Inc., Peter combines his background in business, finance, insurance, marketing, public relations, and economics to help renters, buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors make informed decisions.
